Which begs the question: Why are two people speaking at once?
What if we didn’t talk over the top of one another?
What would it look like for us to listen? Actively? To talk one at a time? To stay on mute until it’s our turn to speak?
The constraints we find ourselves in and the technology at our disposal can make us better leaders, we just have to choose to let them.
